Thank you for your interest in our Israel trip. It is going to be an amazing experience in fellowship with each other and in the Word of God. 

Please complete this form for each individual who will be going on the trip.

By completing this form, each individual is agreeing to pay a deposit of $500 on or before May 1, 2020.

This payment can be made via fbctampa.org or by check (memo Israel trip). This deposit is refundable / cancellable until May 20, 2020 at which time that initial deposit plus an additional deposit of $2,000 +/- (per person) will be required to purchase your airfare and complete our obligation with the tour company.

Notes: * If you require a single room assignment, you will need to pay an additional $650.

*Lunch is on-your-own @ around $12-15 per day (8 days).

*Tips are on-your-own @ around $18 per day (cash only, 8 days)

*We are seeking additional gifts / donations to cover the cost of our pastor going with us. Please consider a gift of $300 or more if you are able.

* You must be able to walk four to six miles to day to do this tour! Please do not sign up if you have any question at all about meeting this requirement.
